Ben Gill founded RSI's stewardship program 30 years ago as America's first company devoted to the fundraising needs of Christian churches and organizations.

Mr. Gill launched RSI with many years experience as the head of a denominational stewardship division, where he served more than 34,000 Christian churches. Mr. Gill worked with a staff of professionals, now lead by Doug Turner, from many denominations and traditions to build the nation's leading resource for practical, faithful, and effective Christian church fundraising counsel and stewardship.

Now led by President Doug Turner and a visionary senior management team, RSI continues to be the most sought after provider of church stewardship services. Embedded in the principles of biblical stewardship, RSI and Doug Turner have grown the program to include more than 175 professionals. Their combined knowledge and leadership have made the difference for more than 17,000 local congregations nationwide, in addition to countless schools, camps, academies, conference centers, and Christian humanitarian organizations. To date, RSI along with Doug Turner have helped faith-based organizations to raise more than $8 billion through church fundraising, strategic planning, capital stewardship campaigns, major gifts emphasis and so much more.
