Q: Will the program be customized for my church?

A: Absolutely! You are a unique community of faith. Your personal consultant will work with you and your leadership to understand your distinctive culture and needs. Then a campaign design will be customized just for you. RSI’s years of experience and capably trained consultants are uniquely positioned to tailor make a stewardship program that will resonate with your community of faith.


Q: What is the consultant's role as the campaign is being communicated and conducted?

A: Your program consultant is a seasoned expert who will personally train and subsequently guide, support, and encourage your leadership throughout the campaign. In addition to providing ongoing assessment and counsel, your consultant will introduce and provide instruction on the stewardship education resources RSI makes available to you.


Q: What type of support will be provided for the design and creation of printed and video informational materials?

A: RSI will fully support the design and production of the materials your campaign requires. In addition to providing templates and storyboards, examples will be provided from similar congregations at the completion of their successful campaign.


Q: Do you provide follow-up services?

A: Yes. RSI committed to your success, from the first planning meeting to the last day of celebration. We will partner with you to plan and implement a follow-up strategy to ensure the on-going momentum of your campaign effort. In addition to your program consultant, a follow-up manager will be assigned to you. Your follow-up manager is dedicated to meeting your needs. A comprehensive follow-up service is our promise to you at no additional cost.


Q: Approximately how many days will the consultant be onsite over the course of the program?

A: Your consultant will be onsite to support and train the campaign leadership, in addition to providing critical assessment of the campaign's progress. The number of days on site is contingent upon the size of your congregation and your particular needs. RSI is committed to your success, which includes an attentive and dedicated consultant.


Q: Are gifts-in-kind (non-cash gifts that can be converted to cash, such as stock or real estate) emphasized in the program?

A: Yes. RSI is unique in emphasizing creative strategies in giving, which includes gifts-in-kind. Your program consultant will provide you information regarding how to educate the members of your congregation on the benefits of giving gifts-in-kind, including connecting them with the spiritual dimension of stewardship.
