Q: What is the fee for your counsel? A: We serve clients on the basis of a flat fee stated in advance. The fee includes all training materials provided to you during the campaign, the travel expenses of the team serving you, as well as the support of all RSI personnel in our corporate offices.
Q: What are the terms of payment? A: We ask that 10% of the fee is paid as a deposit at the time a decision is made to partner together. The balance is requested in equal monthly payments during the course of your campaign. If another payment schedule is required, RSI is happy to consider your particular needs.
Q: What is not included in the fee? A: Not included in the fee is the costs of developing and producing printed and audiovisual materials for your program. You may also choose to provide refreshments and food service at campaign events, which would be an additional cost to you. Your program consultant will work to help you estimate and manage your campaign expenses.
